    • Workwear (trousers, shirts, uniforms)

    • Activewear (gym gear, leggings, tracksuits)

    • Outerwear (coats, jackets, rainwear)

    • Traditional/cultural garments (e.g., saris, abayas)

    • Nightwear (pyjamas, dressing gowns)

    • Undergarments (must be clean and in wearable condition)

    • Damaged or heavily soiled clothing
      (e.g., stained, mouldy, or foul-smelling garments)

    • Shredded or torn items beyond repair

    • Wet clothing

    • Underwear or socks in poor condition

    • Heavily worn shoes or broken footwear

    • Uniforms with badges or company logos

    • Hazardous materials or contaminated items

    • Duvets, pillows, or large soft furnishings

    • Items with pet hair, oil, or paint stains

Books

  • • Hardback books
    • Paperback books
    • Children’s books
    • Educational books
    • Novels and fiction
    • Non-fiction (biographies, cookbooks, etc.)
    • Religious texts

  • • Media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes)
    • Damaged or waterlogged books
    • Magazines or newspapers
    • Books with mould or heavy markings

Shoes & Handbags

    • Adults’ shoes (men’s & women’s)

    • Children’s shoes (all sizes)

    • Trainers / sneakers

    • Formal shoes (e.g., leather, brogues, heels)

    • Boots (ankle, knee-high, work boots)

    • Sandals & flip-flops

    • Slippers (must be clean and in wearable condition)

    • Specialist footwear (e.g. football boots)

    • Shoes with minor wear

    • Heavily worn or damaged shoes
      (holes, broken soles, missing parts)

    • Soiled or wet shoes

    • Shoes with mould, strong odours, or contamination

    • Skates (rollerblades, ice skates, etc.)

    • Single shoes
      (unless part of a designated single-shoe collection — please ask first)

    • Slippers in poor condition

    • Footwear with sharp or broken components

    • Shoes with significant structural damage (e.g. detached soles)

Bric-A-Brac

  • • Crockery (plates, bowls, mugs)
    • Kitchenware (utensils, trays, containers)
    • Pots and pans
    • Ornaments and small decorative items
    • Vases and candle holders
    • Tupperware and storage jars
    • Lightweight household items
    Please pack all items securely in sealed boxes.

  • • Picture frames (glass or non-glass)
    • Items too large to fit inside a sealed box
    • Sharp or broken items
    • Loose glassware not safely wrapped

Household Linen

    • Bed linen & sheets (single, double, king size etc.)

    • Light blankets

    • Pillowcases

    • Towels (bath, hand, beach towels)

    • Tea towels

    • Bathroom mats

    • Tablecloths & napkins

    • Lightweight curtains (unlined or thin cotton preferred)

    • Duvets or duvet inserts

    • Pillows (including scatter cushions)

    • Heavy curtains or lined drapes

    • Rugs or carpets

    • Fabric offcuts or scraps

Toys

  • • Soft toys (clean and in good condition)
    • Hard toys (plastic, wood, or metal)
    • Baby toys and rattles
    • Board games (with all pieces)
    • Dolls, action figures, and accessories
    • Toy cars, trucks, and trains
    • Educational toys and puzzles
    If possible, please separate hard toys from soft toys to aid sorting.

  • • Broken or incomplete toys
    • Toys with missing parts or batteries
    • Toys with sharp edges or damage
    • Electrical toys that no longer work
    • Toys larger than a sealed box
    • Soiled or mouldy soft toys
    • Puzzles (of any type)
    • Toys with safety hazards (e.g., choking risks, sharp parts)

We are flexible and have a variety of service schedules to help fulfil your charity or hospices’ needs, be that a one off collection, weekly or even multiple collections within the same week, we are here to work with you.
